What a weekend! We started it off on Friday night (our anniversrary) by closing on the house in Ralston! Woo hoo - celebrated with Papa Johns & cokes! Saturday morning for the Buddy Walk the temps were in the 40's - brrrrr, thankfully Harper was able to stay home with Grandpa & Grandma Gorder that morning. Mike & I went (proudly I might add - donations in Harper's name totalled $1200!!!), froze & walked. Later in the day, Mike & I headed out for our big date night out! Harper had her first overnight at Grandpa & Grandma Kawa's. We stayed in a beautiful room at the Hilton downtown. Met Sara (Matron of Honor in our wedding) for drinks & gambling that night... woke up to an amazing breakfast in the hotel & then rushed back to hold our dear sweet girl - 24 hours is a long time to be away from the wonderful Miss H! It was such a wonderful way to celebrate 5 years together - I am so lucky to have such a swell partner in this sweet life. Love you Mike!
